No. Cuevox is a pay-as-you-go service and as such does not require you to sign up any long term contracts. We bill you on a month-by-month basis, so you can easily upgrade, downgrade and cancel your account and the next month payment will be adjusted or canceled accordingly.
Yes. You can always change your plan by going to the "Account" page. Note that only a user with administrative privileges can change an account's plan.
A credit is either a phone call or a 2-way text message. A 2-way text message is the text message you send and the reply text message that you receive. You can choose the methods that you wish to contact your customers with and each contact will cost you a credit. Note Email notifications do not cost you any credits.
You can always buy more credits from either the "Dashboard" or from the "Account" pages. Bought credits that are not used are transferred from month to month. We only deduct a bought credit when your plan credits are depleted.
A schedule is a way to group appointments together. When you create an appointment you assign it to a schedule. This allows you to see the appointment in the "Dashboard" and "Calendar" pages when you select that schedule. Also each schedule can have its own customized message and recording.
Cuevox allows you to have several users on a single account so different people in your business can schedule appointments. Because of that user-name are only unique per account, meaning you will need both your user-name and account name to log in.
