You get 30-days to use Cuevox with no restrictions and without having to provide your credit card. We will send you a reminder 5 days before your trial expires to provide your credit card info if you are pleased with our service. Please note that even if you input your credit card before your 30 days are up, we will not charge you until your trial expires.
A credit is either a phone call or a 2-way text message. A 2-way text message is the text message you send and the reply text message that you receive. You can choose the methods that you wish to contact your customers with and each contact will cost you a credit. Note Email notifications do not cost you any credits.
Yes. You can always change your plan by going to the "Account" page. Note that only a user with administrative privileges can change an account's plan.
No. Cuevox is a pay-as-you-go service and as such does not require you to sign up any long term contracts. We bill you on a month-by-month basis, so you can easily upgrade, downgrade and cancel your account and the next month payment will be adjusted or canceled accordingly.
You can always buy more credits from either the "Dashboard" or from the "Account" pages. Bought credits that are not used are transferred from month to month. We only deduct a bought credit when your plan credits are depleted.
